Responsibilities :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
- Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements :
Proven working experience in retail sales.Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Customer service focus.Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales drivenBasic administration skills.Minimum SPM / O level or equivalent.Perks & Benefits
