Head of PE / CCA Department

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of PE / CCA Department to join our dynamic team at the IMAS International School in Kuala Lumpur. As the Head of PE / CCA Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the school's physical education and co-curricular activities program. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur campus.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PE / CCA curriculum that promotes physical, mental, and social well‑being among our students.
• Oversee the planning, organisation, and delivery of a diverse range of PE and co‑curricular activities.
• Manage and lead a team of PE and CCA instructors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement in physical and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with other department heads to integrate PE and CCA initiatives into the broader school curriculum and calendar.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PE / CCA program, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of our students.
• Represent the school in regional and national PE / CCA events and competitions.
