Offering exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs Upholding housekeeping standards in all areas of the store and ability to maintain the visual display of the products Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information Self-development and opportunities to learn Minimum 1 year in Retail Industry, preferably in sports or apparel brands Proven track record in achieving sales results. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Passion and knowledge for sport fashion trends Exceptional client service with good service attitude Ability to converse in English Ability to work with a diverse client base. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
