Job Description & Summary
A career in Deals Advisory - Business restructuring services will give you the opportunity to provide comprehensive business recovery and restructuring services to organizations facing financial and operational challenges. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping clients stabilise their operations, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of business recovery and restructuring projects. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients to develop and implement effective recovery strategies.

Role specific
Assist in the assessment and analysis of clients\' financial and operational performance.Support the development and implementation of business recovery and restructuring strategies.Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential recovery solutions.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior team members.Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of data.Assist in the development of cash flow forecasts, budgets, and business plans.Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.Support clients in negotiations with creditors, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the restructuring process.Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact business recovery efforts.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business recovery methodologies and tools.Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate completion of business recovery engagements.Degree in any discipline and / or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA AustraliaStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversStrong leadership, teamwork and client servicing skillsStrong communication skills in both oral and written EnglishDemonstration of strong understanding of fundamentals in financial analysis, accounting principles, and business operations is an added advantage.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsPossess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilienceAble to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationshipsAble to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumenProficiency in office suite i.e. (Google Suite / MS365)Education
