Responsibilities :
- Analyzed and resolved production incidents related to database queries.
- Provided L2 / L3 support for business-critical applications using Oracle and SQL.
- Debugged and optimized slow-performing PL / SQL procedures and SQL queries.
- Worked with development teams to troubleshoot Oracle errors (ORA- errors).
- Monitored daily jobs using control-m / autosys / crontab.
- Handled schema-level troubleshooting and data correction activities.
- Performed root cause analysis and created knowledge base documents.
- Worked on database connectivity issues and session locks

Pay : RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
