Penerangan pekerjaanPreferably with working experience or being part of operational team for outdoor events or concerts or indoor exhibitions / seminars or key events. Required Computer Skill(s) : Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Capable in managing event crew and part-time crew. Good presentation, speaking and writing skills in English. Willing to travel and work extended hours during weekends. Has own transportation for travelling (Travelling allowance will be provided) Display strong passion and long-term ambition to succeed further in Event & Activation Management. Able to multi-task and work independently, with good time-management and organizational skills. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of event and activation projects secured and / or organised by the Group of Companies.
- Communicate with clients or customers.
- Identify event opportunities and generate new ideas to drive continual optimisation of event campaigns.
- Prepare reports on event performance and conduct post-mortem with teams involved.
- To assist managerial to manage, supervise and support.
- To plan and control on material purchase and stock inventory ensure operational efficiency.
- Sourcing for event supplies.
- Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays, and reporting to Event Manager
- As event Driver to outstation , able to drive truck 1 tonne / 3 tonne is an added advantage.
