Penerangan pekerjaanPossess Bachelor of Laws degree and a current Practicing Certificate. Minimum 1‑2 years of working experience. Able to handle Developer Project or SPA, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing works. Able to work as a team and proactive. Good knowledge, well organized, responsible and able to do multitask. Attentive to details. Able to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team. Manage time well and able to meet deadline. Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Preferably able to start work immediately, or within short notice.

Position Overview
- Preparation of Legal Documents : Preparing documents for signing for a Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) transaction, loan documentation, and other necessary legal correspondence.
- File Management : Independently handling SPA and Loan files from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.
- Liaison Duties : Communicating with banks, purchasers, and various government bodies to facilitate smooth transactions. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies / agencies and related parties.
- Compliance Monitoring : Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and deadlines throughout the conveyancing process.
- Reporting and Client Interaction : Reporting to the partners / lawyers in charge and providing updates to clients regarding their transactions and addressing any queries they may have. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients.
