Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure cost-effective solutions and high-quality services.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and conducive to a positive learning environment.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, providing regular reports on budget status.
• Develop and implement event plans and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Handle on-site event management, including registration, attendee support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
• Maintain an inventory of event equipment and supplies, ensuring all items are in good working order and readily available for events.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
