Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Program Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation and cross-functional teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Design & Engineering teams to support the design, validation, and implementation of cost-effective product solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Assist in the execution of product development projects , contributing technical input and coordinating with technical program engineers.
- Gain exposure to multiple technologies and processes , understanding how different departments work together in a high-tech electronics environment.
- Help develop plans for major project initiatives and support the structuring and tracking of project milestones.
- Attend and contribute to program meetings , helping to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
