Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base and market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
