Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

One of the key contacts for the investment community for Sunway Berhad, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, dedicated to ensure that the company is properly and strategically positioned while maintaining the company’s reputation through clear and consistent two-way communication with its target external audiences. Also, the key liaison with the professionals, including investment bankers, lawyers and auditors, involved in the planning, coordinating and execution of corporate exercises for the Group. Responsibilities Corporate Finance

Prepare and coordinate preparation of Annual Report Work together with Group Sustainability for preparation of Sustainability Report Liaise with Business Units to get updates on business performance Prepare business review for quarterly announcement and update presentation materials for Investor Relations and Corporate Presentations Provide support to Group investor relations and Group Treasury in reply to analyst and rating agencies queries Investor Relations

Review and manage the Quarterly Reporting for the Group ensuring timely reporting to Bursa Malaysia. Prepare and coordinate with the Group Head of Investor Relations on Investor Relations activities for the Group and respond to queries raised by analysts / fund managers / institutional holders. Maintain a strong relationship with analysts covering Sunway Berhad. Prepare corporate materials and participate in IR meetings / conferences. Preparation and coordination of the Annual Report for the Group. Job Requirements : Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, and / or professional qualification. At least more than 5 years of working experience in corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, audit or similar capacity. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
