Job Scope :
- Process GMBS policy pay out, and handling servicing enquiries.
- Handles and process Part Surrender, Suspense, Maturity and Direct Credit Facility. stipulated Turn Around Time.
- Create payment for approved cases.
- Handling, processing and managing Policy Alteration request, including Extension Maturity, Reduce / Increase Sum Assured, Changed Risk Commencement Date and issue policy.
- Handling, processing and managing Data Processing and Data Cleansing request, including update Address / Contact number / Email ID, Client Name alteration, NRIC alteration, etc.
- Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authorizer and send to Agent / MPH / customers.
- Ensure cases are process within TAT.
- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirement :
Tertiary qualification in business, administration, finance, management or insurance.Job Types : Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
