Managing and overseeing daily sales operation such as issuance of invoice, key in official receipts
Providing administrative function such as order supplies, coordinate emails and courier services
Book Keeping i.e. preparing of vouchers, maintaining cashbook, GL and filing.
Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirement
Computer Literate with basic / intermediate level of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Outlook, Forms, etc
Minimum qualification SPM
With / without experience
Working shift (9am - 6pm)
