Senior Executive, Ninja Mart (Brand Enablement)

Job Responsibilities

• Key Account Management : Lead day-to-day management of key GT and MT accounts, including planning, negotiation, and execution of joint business plans.
• Brand Growth & Distribution : Drive brand performance through distribution expansion, sales optimization, and strong in-store execution.
• Trade & Campaign Execution : Support the development and rollout of brand campaigns, trade promotions, and visibility programs in line with brand and channel strategies.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting : Maintain brand performance dashboards, sales trackers, and trade spend reports to monitor KPIs and guide improvement areas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in planning, supply chain readiness, and execution excellence.
• Market Insights : Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and channel opportunities to inform brand and business strategies.
