Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in retail or telecommunications sales is an advantage (training provided for new joiners). Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Executives to join our growing Maxis retail team. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-oriented, and driven by results. You will play a key role in helping customers stay connected while achieving your sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Maxis products and services including Postpaid, Fibre, and Devices to walk-in customers.
- Provide professional consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform sales transactions and assist in basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
