Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the used car market.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance and individual growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maximize market penetration.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate insightful sales reports.
• Negotiate favorable sales terms and conditions with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales growth.
