Regional Business Development Manager (Automation)

What challenges can you expect?

• You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to grow our market share in the retrofit / refurbishment segment focused on digitalization and automation.
• You define target markets and customers, including derivation of business potential.
• You support to establish a powerful project management organization for order / project fulfilment.
• You collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and leverage our technological expertise.
• You represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
• You provide insights and feedback to the product management team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
• You support in operational processing, e.g. contract, price, reference, partner, product, service and Service Level Agreements with Legal Services.
