Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop partnership models to drive ancillary revenue, ensure competitive pricing, and maximize profitability. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals. Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchants, ensuring ongoing performance monitoring and service quality. Act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring collaboration. Curate a relevant product portfolio based on market trends and customer needs; continuously evaluate and refine offerings to stay ahead of competitors and meet traveler demands. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new services seamlessly into the airline’s platforms. Ensure smooth product execution across digital channels and operational workflows. Lead and mentor the team to execute the travel services roadmap and align with business objectives. Foster a collaborative culture, set performance targets, and ensure team success. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of working experience. Product Development Marketing E‑commerce Commercial Business Development Customer Experience Partnerships Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Basic business acumen on travel and e‑commerce programs. Strong analytical background and ability to extract, interpret, analyse and study data, insights or trends from multiple sources. Strong technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint); knowledge in Microsoft Power BI will be an added value. Strong communication and negotiation skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation).
Manager, Travel Services & Products – Lead a team to curate and onboard strategic travel‑related products and merchants into the airline’s travel services ecosystem. The role ensures a diverse, high‑quality, commercially viable range of services—including ground transportation, tours, activities, travel insurance, and other ancillary products—that enhance the customer journey and drive ancillary revenue. As the primary decision‑maker in merchant selection and partnership management, the Manager identifies opportunities, negotiates agreements, and oversees seamless integration of travel services while optimizing commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
