Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Services Manager located in Shah Alam. The Technical Services Manager will oversee and manage technical support and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for training internal teams and clients on the application and maintenance of protective coatings, providing technical expertise and solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
