What would you do?

• Design intuitive user experiences that enhance customer loyalty and engagement with rewards programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop design strategies to streamline user navigation and engagement within loyalty and rewards features, optimising traffic flow in the app.
• Own the end-to-end design process, including prototyping, user flows, design research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, usability testing, design reviews, and developer handoffs.
• Drive early-stage ideation, organising brainstorming sessions and collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and conduct user research, discover opportunities, insights and requirements through data analysis and qualitative feedback
• To validate design solutions that are informed by user needs, insights and data, as well as aligned to business goals
• Be the mentor to designers at any point of design process
• Adhere to the TNG eWallet Design Systems and contribute to the continuing development of Design Systems
• Follow up assigned projects and tasks timely and diligently
• To deliver and handoff designs to the development team in a way that requires minimal follow-ups
