As part of ASIA Finance team, the Senior Finance Analyst is to lead the capital application process across the Asia, ensuring solid financial return assessments for stakeholder decision-making. Additionally, it requires ensuring data accuracy, analyzing investment risks, and working closely with the stakeholders to improve financial performance and profitability. Based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, the Senior FA reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Champion of Asia capital application across all Asia Seating division. Provides solid financial return assessment regarding investment for stakeholder’s decision-making.
- Responsible for PAR / PFA preparation from each seating entity, review, and reporting. Provide guidance and standard assessment rules as company requirement.
- Communicate proactively with various stakeholders (internally and externally) to identify problems, create solutions and implement improvements.
- Perform and well communicate with Asia Functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- High attention on PAR / PFA proper approval process per global threshold throughout program award to program launch.
- Identify, interpret and analyze potential investment risks and issues.
- Work closely with program management team for program financial and profitability, improvement, etc.
- Ability to quick learning on process, systems and quick response to the changes and requirement.
- Other ad hoc tasks based on requirement.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance / related studies.Equipped with at least 5 to 10 years of finance analysis experience namely FP&A or project analysis experience.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, Chinese language is a plus.Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skills.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).CMA, ACCA Finance certification would be plus.Willing to work at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.Advantages Of Working At Lear
