Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling corporate training programs.
- Identify and engage potential clients via calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored training proposals.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Track market trends and contribute to new training offerings.
- Support training logistics and ensure virtual platforms are ready.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.At least 2 years of experience.Experience in the HR industry is a plus.Job details
