Regional Senior Consultant specializing in Talent Acquisition at Gateway Search

We are seeking a highly capable and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to oversee end‑to‑end HR operations and support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience, proven recruitment capabilities, and the ability to work independently while partnering with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, payroll coordination, and employee records maintenance
Drive full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
Liaise with HQ HR Business Partner to implement HR policies, frameworks, and programs
Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related matters, providing guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks; conduct benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness
Lead the performance management cycle and support capability development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain and update the Employee Handbook as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and HR operations

Experience managing recruitment independently across various levels

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Ability to operate independently and in a leadership capacity to drive HR initiatives

Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is required due to the role’s responsibility for handling Chinese HR documents and communication with regional stakeholders
