Penerangan pekerjaanMaintain up-to-date employee records and HR files (offer letters, contracts, warning letters, exit documents, etc.) Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers and resignation procedures Manage attendance and leave records, and support payroll preparation Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs and the Employee Handbook Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations Support disciplinary procedures and provide basic HR guidance to managers and staff Act as a contact point for employee questions, feedback and concerns Help plan and organise staff activities (birthdays, team bonding, festive events, incentives, etc.) Assist in planning and executing company events such as annual dinner , team building and internal celebrations Support gifting seasons to customers and partners (e.g. festive hampers / appreciation gifts) including list coordination, vendor liaison and simple logistics follow-up Support management in building a positive, transparent and performance-driven culture Assist in implementing performance review processes and KPI documentation Support new hire onboarding plans and basic training coordination Help track development needs and simple career / role progression structures
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Maintain relationships with job platforms, universities and recruitment partners
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
