Customer Service Support Specialist

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years experience in the customer service function of a refractory business Must be analytical and data led Must have strong inter-personal skills Live in and have right to work in Malaysia Fluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin)
Job scope
Active team member contributing to the company’s customer service function.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for actively managing customer enquiries. Proactively works with sales team to provide timely and competitive quotes.
- Actively works to improve conversion rates of enquiry to order
- Prepares and continously improves all templates used in the sales process from enquiry to order and beyond
- Ensure orders meet customer requirements
- Follow up on orders with customers to get feedback
- Attend to any customer complaints
- Report on customer satisfaction and any complaints
- Liaise with Assistant Production Manager & Supply Chain Executive on production planning
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives
- Any others special project as assigned by CEO
