  • Plans and executes web, SEO / SEM, database marketing, email and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage & measures reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan and create digital marketing campaigns on various social media and channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee etc.
  • Support for external revenue channel (eg : Lazada & Shopee Official Store)
  • planning, executing, and optimizing EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) or end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies
  • Work closely with the team in developing online plan / strategy as well as creative and effective marketing campaign.
  • Work closely with designers team to craft design material and online posting copy.
  • Maintain and develop successful business partnerships and manage to solve issues timely and appropriate manner with business partners.
  • Manage KOL and collaborates with vendor partners. Content sourcing from partners, brands, influencers, creative.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Assist with event campaigns, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.

    • Requirement :

    • Bachelor's in marketing or a related field
    • At least 3-5 years' experience in marketing or a related field
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Creating and maintaining client relationships
    • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
    • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Travel to multiple outlets in Klang Valley

      • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
