Executive - Leasing & Marketing

The Job :

• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants.
• Handle leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects via phone, email, and in-person.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process : applications, screening, approvals, and lease signings.
• Ensure high occupancy rates by meeting leasing goals and reducing vacancies.
• Maintain and update leasing databases and records to ensure accuracy of leads and tenant information.
• Liaise with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for handover.
• Execute marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and community outreach.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and demographic shifts to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs and resident retention efforts.
• Assist in developing marketing content and promotional materials.
• Assist with planning and promoting leasing events and promotional campaigns.
