Job Responsibilities
Able to handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly report (e.g., P&L, BS, Bank Reconciliation, Stock Report & etc.).
Perform monthly & yearly closing on time and other audit schedules.
Handling account receivables & accounts payables transactions.
Liaise with internal staffs, bankers, government officers, auditors & tax agents.
Assist Accounting Manager in daily operation and other ad-hoc tasks.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and procedures.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A recognized Diploma / Professional Degree (Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a similar function. Experience in working in Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Ability to manage and adapt changes in fast pace work culture.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have experience in month end closing tasks.
