Job Title : Video Editor (Mandarin Content)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at Gathercare. You will be responsible for editing short and long-form videos across multiple platforms — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), with a focus on health, wellness, and community care topics.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm — and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with our brand tone and objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the community team, marketing team, and founder to produce videos primarily in Mandarin, ensuring accurate language use and culturally resonant messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality Mandarin video content for Gathercare’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Little Red Book).
• Assemble raw footage into compelling stories with smooth transitions, balanced pacing, and clear narrative flow.
• Add subtitles, sound effects, music, graphics, and text overlays to enhance audience engagement.
• Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, and visual enhancement for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to align video production with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Keep up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and AI-assisted content tools to optimize workflow and creativity.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for all video materials.
