Job Qualification :
- Diploma in Hospitality and Animal Healthcare or any science related field would be added advantage
- Ability to assist front desk officer on client registration, billing, enquires and etc.
- in 2-5 Years experiences in Customer Service role.
- Good Customer Service skills & Strong communication skills
- Possess good control of English and Malay language. (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Able to work well with a variety of professionals from doctors and nurses to Chairman, Directors and other executives
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Well versed in the various products and services offered by the Hospital
- Experienced and knowledgeable in utilizing a hospital database system
- Must be comfortable in working in close proximity to Animals
- Must be able to Multi-task and be fast in learning on the job

Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
