Qimu Facade Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control professional to join our team. In this full-time role based in Puncak Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections on curtain wall production processes to ensure compliance with design specifications , industry standards , and client requirements .

Monitor various stages of curtain wall manufacturing to maintain consistent product quality.

Assist in supervising operators in the factory, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards .

Identify, document, and report any non-conformance or quality issues ; support the implementation of corrective actions .

Prepare and maintain QC checklists, reports , and other related documentation.

Work closely with the production and quality teams to support continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety , and environmental regulations within the factory.

Requirements

Experience in curtain wall production or quality control is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Strong interest in manufacturing , quality assurance , or curtain wall systems .

Basic understanding of construction or facade materials is a plus.

Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Malay .

Willingness to learn , follow procedures , and work in a factory environment.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team .
