Main Responsibilities
- Inspection and testing : Regular examination of cases for defects, non-compliance, or deviations from SLA.
- Review of reports : Develop guidelines and standard practices for data analysis and documentation.
- Analyzing test results : Use statistical analysis to identify trends and improve future performance.
- Documentation and records : Keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions for traceability and accountability.
- Report findings : Document and report performance results to management.
- Recommend improvements : Propose measures to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Training and education : Provide employees with the necessary skills to maintain quality standards.
- Continuous improvement : Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality management system.
About you
Bachelor degree, major in Quality Management, Finance, Business, or MathematicsAt least 3 years in Service Management, Quality Control, or Internal Control in Shared Services or large enterprises / MNCsProject experience with data, BI or reporting functionsLean Six Sigma certification is an added advantageProficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plusKnowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control ProceduresAbout us
