Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Ipoh, Perak. The Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of property facilities, ensuring all systems are operational and safe. Duties include performing routine inspections, repairing equipment, handling emergency maintenance, and cooperating with the property management team to address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine property maintenance and system repairs
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to perform emergency maintenance and ensure property safety
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
• Prior experience in property management or relevant field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid certification or technical training in relevant fields preferred
