AIOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AIOps Engineer with a primary focus on Dynatrace implementation and support . The ideal candidate will lead observability initiatives using Dynatrace and play a supporting role in managing and integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance monitoring, automation, and streamlining IT operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Create and manage custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitors, and SLOs / SLAs to provide visibility into system performance and user experience.
• Use Dynatrace AI features to proactively detect issues, perform root cause analysis, and reduce MTTR.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams to troubleshoot performance problems and optimize system behavior.
• Drive automation and observability improvements using Dynatrace APIs and scripting.
• Monitor the health and scalability of the Dynatrace platform and manage updates and licensing.
• Support the integration of Dynatrace with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
• Assist in managing ITSM workflows, incident escalation, and change management processes.
• Help develop and maintain reporting and automation within ITSM platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure best practices are followed in both monitoring and ITSM systems to improve overall IT service delivery.
