Coffee Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and teas to high standards. Customer Service : Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Cash Handling : Operate cash register and process payments accurately, ensuring correct change is given and balancing cash drawers. Cleaning and Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area. Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other tools are cleaned and properly maintained. Stocking and Inventory : Ensure adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Assist with inventory management and ordering when necessary. Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive working environment. Customer Education : Educate customers about coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal specials. Job Requirements

Must be a Malaysian citizen or a Permanent Resident. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of PMR (Penilaian Menengah Rendah) or SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification. Willing and able to work on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts. Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills. Job Benefits
