Job Details

Provide QA Engineering support of increased business activities in Asia Pacific regions. Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality policies, procedures, SOP, records & etc. Provides administrative expertise in receipt, processing, monitoring and reporting of product defect complaints, serving as primary contact. Partner with manufacturing facilities to analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.

Essential Duties

• Assist implementing and maintaining the quality management system in the regions of Asia Pacific. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality policies, procedures, SOP, records & etc.
• Ensures that all product complaints are screened for potential safety issues, reported accurately, and complaints are closed out in a timely manner.
• Partners with Field Service, Logistic, Planning, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales personnel to help resolve customer issues.
• Actively provide individual contributions in problem solving efforts to improve quality.
• Coordinates the return of products samples; performs visual inspection and preliminary investigations related to product issues; forwards samples and preliminary investigation reports to responsible departments; reviews the responses; and notifies the customer of the result.
• Documents product complaints into the database for trending and analysis, and ensures the complaint process is completed in accordance with corporate procedures
• Quality supervision of 3rd party logistics in Asia Pacific regions, performing regular inspections and assessments and implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure that warehouse operations comply with local government requirements and company policies
• Partners with manufacturing facilities to analyze failure.
• The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
• Comply with the ISO14001 Environmental Management System policy, SOP and requirements
• Continuous support to the development and implementation of program to achieve and maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system
