Responsibilities

  • Identify areas in the project requiring change and assess potential impact on people, processes, systems / technologies, and culture.
  • Monitor project performance and progress; oversee contractor responsibilities according to the agreed plan, including scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards using project management tools.
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including Change Impact Analysis (CIA) and Change Readiness Assessment (CRA), Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Training, Job Realignment, Benefit Realisation and Go Live Support strategies and timelines.
  • Develop change management and training programs / activities to equip employees with needed skills and knowledge; identify and address sources of resistance.
  • Monitor progress of change initiatives, gather stakeholder feedback, and evaluate effectiveness of change management strategies to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare reports on the results of evaluating and monitoring change management and training projects, and propose recommendations to project management.
  • Continuously learn about change management methodologies and best practices to enhance skills.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution; preferably in Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Change management certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Project Management, Change Management & Training; ICT project experience, especially in the public sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project-related tools; ability to conduct surveys and analyze data (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI).
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluation; familiarity with learning management systems.
