About You

Team Leader, Operation Assistants provide administrative support to all levels of their organization.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Able to drive a car responsibly.
  • Willing to travel daily to facilitate car transactions.
  • Capable of inspecting the condition of a car before a transaction.
  • Proficient in using the provided system for daily operations.
  • Able to upload documents into the system.
  • Fluent in reading and understanding Malay and English.
  • Effective communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Follow company directions and meet targets diligently.
  • Execute processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to the timetable set by the company.

Your Know-How

  • Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or clerical industries is preferred.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Good listening skills and customer focus.
  • High self-motivation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Committed to the role.
  • This position is based in Shah Alam.
