About the role

We are seeking a talented Tour Operation Officer to join our dynamic team at YOU WINGS HOLIDAYS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a Tour Operation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our travel packages and services. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding career opportunity within the thriving Hospitality & Tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and managing the daily operations of our travel packages, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and leisure activities
  • Liaising with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and ensure the availability of services for our customers
  • Preparing detailed itineraries and travel documents for our clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitoring and analyzing tour performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to promote our travel offerings and attract new business

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in a tour operation or travel agency role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and other relevant technology
  • A passion for the travel industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (an additional language would be an advantage). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
