Production Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanOversee day-to-day operations of both production and maintenance departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are executed on time to minimize equipment breakdowns. Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns or quality issues and implement permanent corrective actions. Review and approve checklists, maintenance logs, production records, and operator documentation for accuracy. Plan and lead production supervisors to achieve output and meet quality standards. Provide technical support and training to production staff. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Preferably 4+ years’ working experience which includes at least 2 years of experience in food or aquaculture manufacturing Good understanding of GMP, HACCP & 5S and industrial safety protocols Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and production management Well spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
