Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role Solar Site Supervisor. The Solar Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at solar project sites, ensuring safety and compliance, managing work schedules, and coordinating with team members and contractors. The role involves supervising the installation and maintenance of solar systems, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting issues. The supervisor will also ensure project milestones are met and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership capabilities
• Experience in executing projects
• Project Management skills related to power and solar projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Diploma in Electrical or a related field is preferred
• Certification in solar energy or related fields is an advantage
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
