Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design (or equivalent). Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum 2 years' experience in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company. Preferably experienced as a Senior / Junior Supervisor in Architecture / Interior Design. Willing to work long hours to meet project deliverables. Must possess own transport. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision. Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented. Site Supervisor – Interior Design & Fit-Out
Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Manager in managing project costs, verifying vendor claims, and monitoring material delivery schedules.
- Prepare insurance cover notes as required.
- Ensure smooth site operations and supervise on-site activities.
- Track material arrivals, manage on-site storage, and prepare work forecast schedules.
- Maintain proper site documentation and filing in compliance with ISO procedures.
- Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports.
- Arrange site protection measures, hoarding, signage, and safety equipment.
- Support the Project Manager / QS in verifying vendor claims and preparing supporting documentation.
Requirements :
