Job Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection of all M&E equipment and provide a report to Site Leader on all defects discovered. To liaise with the main contractor on defect rectification.
• Fully responsible for all affairs related to maintenance store upkeep, i.e., spare parts allocation, 5S, etc.
• Responsible for providing support to the team in performing and sustaining improvement tasks of all systems.
• Assist site leader in carrying out conversion / changeover / other site activities in a way of ensuring safe working practice and minimal or zero breakdowns if possible.
• To work in a team to achieve the KPI target set by client and target indicated in Management by Objective (MBO).
• Be made fully responsible for all PM technicians' daily activities and other related matters including staffs' discipline at the site.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports on activities performed by the technicians and update the Site Leader on work progress regularly.
