About the job Export Coordinator Executive

Company Background :

We are representing a multinational group that specialises in the production of high-voltage transformers and reactors.

Job Description :

  • Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
  • Communicate with production and customers on order status, updates, and changes.
  • Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
  • Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
  • Ensure export documents (LC, B / L, COO, etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export operation (Preferably in Manufacturing)
  • Experience in export, sea / air freight, and customs processes preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
