About the Client

Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Descriptions

• Establish and administer the company's quality policy to be in line with pre-determined guidelines. Ensure conformance of all legal and corporate specifications to achieve the quality objectives of the company.
• Direct the continuous review of all quality control to effect improvements, reduce cost and enhance efficiency on an organization-wide basis.
• Responsible for continuous improvement on quality meet compliance to requirements both locally and internationally.
• Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on all quality issues and progress. Monitor the record of defects and failure rates.
• Manage & control the 4M1E factors to ensure production run in smooth operation.
• Well manage and maintain the working environment in good 5S & meeting the OHSAS requirement.
• Develop / motivate, train and guide a team of Quality & Supplier Quality Engineering and control staff to achieve company and department quality objective.
• Interface with customers to understand quality needs, concerns, provide support and services in a timely and effective manner for all operational products from development to high volume stage to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Drive quality goals and ensuring performance against such goals.
• Develop and inculcate a total quality management culture within the company.
• Responsible on Test & Verification of Product Development.
• To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and coordination between all other departments in achieving the compliance to company's Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
• To make decisions on quality & systems including standard and guidelines.
• Represent Management Representative to liaison with external parties on matters relating to company's quality system.
• To authorize to stop and release production run or department in compliance with product / process related quality, safety and Environmental issues.
• Ensure production employee works meet the ISO QMS and OHSAS requirements.
• Additional assign task by superior to meet the company KPI's target.

Requirements

Knowledge in the 5 Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC) is an added advantage
