Overview

iFAST is a fintech wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore, providing a comprehensive range of investment products and services to financial advisory firms, financial institutions, banks, internet companies, multinational companies, as well as retail and high net worth investors in Asia.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Executive. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or higher.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English both spoken and written, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
