We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Brand & Marketing Assistant Manager to help bring the Eco Mart story to life. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager to plan and execute campaigns, store openings, visuals, and collaborations that shape how customers see and feel our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Support brand campaigns, festive promos, and supplier collaborations.
  • Coordinate visuals, signage, and in-store materials for new stores.
  • Assist with social‑media content, photo / video shoots, and copywriting.
  • Liaise with vendors, designers, and internal teams to deliver on time.
  • Track campaign results and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, retail, or FMCG.
  • Hands‑on, organized, and passionate about branding and design.
  • Strong coordination, writing, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Canva, social media tools, and basic visual design.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
