We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager to lead strategic marketing, advertising, KOL collaborations, and community events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand building, digital & traditional advertising, content creation, and campaign execution. They will manage cross-functional teams, optimize marketing performance, and ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Brand Management : Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market growth, brand awareness, and customer loyalty; oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across touchpoints; conduct market research and competitor analysis; collaborate with Product Development to align offerings with brand image and customer needs.
- Advertising & Campaign Management : Develop and manage advertising strategies across channels; plan and execute paid media campaigns with budget optimization and ROI focus; monitor performance and adjust campaigns using data-driven insights; collaborate with creative teams and agencies.
- KOL & Influencer Marketing : Build relationships with KOLs / influencers, oversee collaborations, and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategy.
- Community Event Planning & Execution : Conceptualize and execute community events aligned with brand objectives; build partnerships to maximize reach; manage on-ground activations and post-event analysis for improvements.
- Merchandise Planning & Execution : Develop merchandise strategies, coordinate with designers and suppliers, manage inventory and distribution, and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation & Brand Storytelling : Develop content strategies, oversee marketing materials, work with creatives to produce engaging content, and optimize for different channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing communications and campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights : Use data analytics to monitor campaigns, report ROI, and conduct post-campaign analyses to inform future improvements.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising with campaign execution and KOL management.Strong data analysis skills to optimize marketing performance.Excellent communication and content creation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills; ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective communication.Seniority level
