Foodpanda is seeking a dynamic Central Sales Operations Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive team performance.
What You Will Own
- Reports to the Central Sales Operation Manager, responsible for achieving sales targets via team leaders' performance and proper lead distribution.
- Manage a group of team leaders through coaching, performance management and strong leadership.
- Support the management team in collecting data, managing leads and providing insight.
- Data Analysis to review and optimize sales executive conversion rate and sales.
- Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output.
- Set hiring standards, conduct interviews, manage agent performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements
Bachelor’s and / or master’s degree.At least 2+ years of relevant experience.English language fluency required.Able to speak Bahasa / Mandarin (depending on the requirements).Analytical and number oriented; process-oriented and data-driven.Thrives in high‑paced, fast‑moving environments and can make quick, assertive decisions.Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and other CRM tools.Willing to take on additional tasks assigned.Seniority Level
