Job Description

• Responsible for facilities and maintenance items, general repairs and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for Waste Water Treatment system and its facilities.
• Conduct general maintenance and repair on all areas of the facility; including, but not limited to : flooring, wall patch, painting, plumbing, lighting, ceiling, tile, door, window, clean up as directed, etc.
• Conduct general maintenance and routine monitoring of the Waste Water Treatment System.
• Monitors contractor’s performance; works closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• May act as the project coordinator for all sized projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projects.
• Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
• Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
• Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required.
• Dismantles and installs furniture.
• Transports goods or equipment as assigned.
• On‑site escort of contractors and vendors.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Work on projects as assigned by the management.
